KING DIAMOND Performs First Show With New Bassist Pontus Egberg; Fan-Filmed Video Available

King Diamond recently selected Swedish musician Pontus Egberg (The Poodles, Lion's Share, Zan Clan) as his temporary bassist for the band's upcoming tour dates following the recent departure of Hal Patino. Egberg played his first show with the band at Gröna Lund in Stockholm, Sweden on July 25th. Fan-filmed video is available below:
On July 19th, bassist Hal Patino announced that he left King Diamond after 19 years of being in the group. His statement can be read here.
