KISS' Gene Simmons Settles Indy Car Racing League-Related Lawsuit

According to TheFoxFm.com, KISS' Gene Simmons has settled a lawsuit with a man who claims that he interfered with a marketing deal he had with the Indy Car Racing League. Allan Browne filed the lawsuit seeking unspecified damages from the KISS bassist and two of his business associates in September 2008 in Los Angeles Superior Court. While the case has been resolved, terms of the settlement were not divulged.

Simmons has worked with Indy Car Racing in the past and co-wrote a song for the league titled 'I Am Indy'.
