hot flashes news lazarus

Wisconsin-based metallers LAZARUS A.D. have issued the following update from bassist/vocalist, Jeff Paulick:

"What the fuck is up! Just issuing a little update here; we have been home for about a month now since our last tour with BISON B.C. and WOE OF TYRANTS. The tour was great, especially Canada, but it ended slightly short with Dan breaking his hand. But, we will have you know, the hand is fine and has about 2 weeks left to heal and things will be better than ever. He has still been playing guitar as much as possible and actually has been practicing his finger picking techniques as thats about all he can do with his right hand right now haha!

Nonetheless, Alex and I have been hard at work writing new material as well and we will resume writing in a couple weeks as a band. We have some down time here and are going to make the best of it. I can assure you the new material we have been jamming on is much more mature and we simply can't wait to get back into the studio.

But more touring is in the works b4 that happens, rest assured. We obviously have Loud Park coming up and we are extremely stoked on that. Traveling to other countries and performing is a great feeling, the paperwork and process however is not! It takes alot of time and shit as a musician you just don't want to deal with, but another good reason we are currently home.

After Japan we have some things being thrown around, hopefully another US tour to wrap up the year and then back to the grind after the holidays. A couple more music videos are being put together, be on the lookout for that. We have some great HD footage of our gig at Milwaukee's Summerfest which will be made into a live video very shortly here. Other than that, keep checkin back for updates and we will see everyone out there after we undoubtedly return home hungover and jet lagged to shit from Japan!!!"
