According to Beth Hilton from Digital Spy, furious LED ZEPPELIN fans are threatening to sue a tour promoter in a row over access codes for tickets to the band's reunion concert.

Thousands of fans registered for a lottery to attend the gig and successful applicants were given a pass code allowing them to buy their £120 ticket. But several auctions quickly appeared on eBay offering the codes for up to £3,000.

Promoter Harvey Goldsmith has vowed to cancel tickets to the show at London's O2 Arena on November 26, saying: "If you think that you can beat the system by buying from eBay or any other website you are wrong. You will not be allowed in to the concert and your application for tickets will be cancelled within the next 14 days.

"I have no interest in supporting parasite businesses who prevent fans from supporting their artists by the increased price of the tickets and who ultimately put nothing whatsoever back into our business to support it."

US fan Michael Garcia said: "As someone who negotiated contracts for a major corporation, I was confident that nothing precluded selling the pass code. If Mr Harvey does proceed with attempting to negate the contractual obligation for the sale, I'm certain that legal proceedings will ensue."
