Wisconsin-based heavy metal outfit, Lords Of The Trident, have released the third single from their upcoming studio album, The Offering. The new track, "Acolyte", is out today and is accompanied by a music video.

Talking about "Acolyte", vocalist Fang VonWrathenstein comments: "This is the first "storyline" video from our album, and the young guardian was played by my neighbor's 7-year-old kid. I promised him a pizza party in my arcade basement in exchange for his time, but he didn't know we'd be filming in zero-degree weather outside, so the look of discomfort from the cold wasn't acting! This is also our first 70mm widescreen video, so if we ever make it to Cannes or Sundance, we'll have to play this one on the big screen, haha!"
