Fretless harp guitarist TIM DONAHUE, known in metal circles for his MADMEN & SINNERS album from 2004 featuring DREAM THEATER vocalist JAMES LABRIE, has issued the following update:

"For all my friends and fans in the Western New York area, I'll be with good friend and musician extraordinaire Mike Killian at Hops n' Vines in Lewiston, NY on Tuesday, October 30th. With Mike's wonderful guitar and vocals, and electric harp guitar madness from yours truly, it will surely be a unique musical evening. Looking forward to seeing many old friends there! I'll be playing my new Signature Harp Guitar for those interested in seeing and hearing this amazing instrument played in an intimate setting.

I'll also be at Serene Gardens on Grand Island, NY, on Sunday, October 28th 6:30pm, to help raise funds for victims of Japan's Great Tohoku Earthquake. Come out for a good cause, and hear some music never heard outside of Japan, composed specially for this tragedy."

Donahue recently issued a live performance clip of his new project, TIM DONAHUE'S ECLIPSE, also featuring drummer Akira Yamazaki. Check out the clip for 'Sonic Solution' below.

Donahue's official Facebook page features several audio samples from Tim Donahue's Eclipse and video footage from a fretless guitar clinic. Check out all the material at this location.
