MANTICORA - New Album Due Out In 2010

Danish power metal band MANTICORA have issued the following update:
"We just returned from the Fun&Crust; festival show in Germany. We were fourth headliner on the bill, but due to cancellations, we suddenly found ourselves headlining the festival on Saturday night!!! New and great experience for us. It was a pleasure to be able to rock some heads again, and we’d like to thank Olli and Kai for the booking of the band. We’ll of course return, should the festival need our services for the future. Pictures from our show will be uploaded soon on our homepage.We have three shows left in 2009 – all headliner shows. The first one is in Lübeck, Germany, where we’ll kill and destroy on Saturday, September 26th and the last 2 shows are in Copenhagen, Denmark on October 30th and Nakskov, Denmark on October 31.
We are writing new material in between the shows. Five songs are more or less finished (musically) and we have tons of ideas for other songs, so there’ll definitely be a new Manticora album in 2010!"
