MASQUE Tap Keith Olsen To Produce New Album

Keith Olsen will produce the new album for Los Angeles rock band MASQUE. Sales from Keith Olsen’s work exceed 110 million units retail equaling more than a billion dollars in business. To date his work appears on more than 250 albums including rock legends the SCORPIONS, WHITESNAKE, OZZY, SAMMY HAGAR, FOREIGNER and dozens of other successful artists.
A Masque update reads: "Keith heard the band's first song recorded for the upcoming album titled Body Mind & Soul and offered to mix the song for the music video directed by Mark Jacobs. Olsen’s decision to produce the entire Masque album was based on bands new material and ability for lead vocalist Tony Kelly to record alternate versions in both Spanish and Italian for international distribution. Aside from the USA release, Olsen feels that the ability for Masque to cater to markets including South America, Spain and Italy in their perspective languages will be a huge plus for the band."
“I grew up listening to the great records Keith created and to be working with one of the most successful producers in music is going to be a great experience” states band founder and lead vocalist Tony Kelly.
The domestic and international versions of the new Masque album are slated for release in early 2011.
