MEGADETH Drummer Shawn Drover - "I Am Getting Jacked Up About The New Record Being Released In Two Weeks"

MEGADETH drummer Shawn Drover has checked in with the following update:
"I don't know about you, but I am getting jacked up about the new record being released in two weeks now. Man, it seems so long ago now that we actually started this record, so for me to finally see that the release is right around the corner, it does put a smile on my face, I must say. For those of you who enjoy Megadeth music, I do hope you like Endgame as much as we do.And if that wasn't enough for me to get excited about...............
The NFL season starts back up in 9 days! Yes my friends, that glorious time where alot of my friends hate my guts (the OVERKILL guys, just as one example). The verbal gloves come off, which is always fun for me because my Steelers cannot be beaten. Yes, you heard me! I am so jacked up about this season, I can barely stand it."

Endgame will be released on September 14th in Europe and the 15th in North America via Roadrunner Records. The CD was recorded at the band's own studio in San Marcos, California - Vic's Garage - which was named after their legendary and iconic Vic Rattlehead character. The album will be released in Japan on September 9th with the bonus track, 'Washington Is Next' (live).
