MEGADETH Mainman Says Years Of Headbanging Could Make Him Paralyzed

MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine revealed at yesterday's Big 4 show at Yankee Stadium that he may be risking permanent injury by performing.
"I was in a hospital yesterday morning, so I'm going home to have to get (neck) surgery right after this," he told Rolling Stone. "It's pretty bad. If I move wrong, I could be paralyzed. It's been years of headbanging and a lot of wear n' tear on body from touring."Check out the video interview below:
