hot flashes news megadeth

MEGADETH bassist James Lomenzo has posted the following message in the forum section at the band's official website:

"Howdy folks,

First of all, I want to thank you for your kind and infectious welcome. It has not gone unnoticed. As some of you are aware, I've been playing 'catch-up' with the bands live set for the up and coming Dubai show; no small task as some of you players out there might surmise. Dave (Mustaine), Glen (Drover) and Shawn (Drover) have been extraordinarily giving of their time and experience to help me get going and the band is a joy to play with. Despite all the rumor and innuendo out there in 'cyber-land' I can tell you first hand that I'd be hard pressed to find a better group of people to work with. That being said, I'm looking forward to getting out there and rocking this great music with all of you.

I'd like to address two things that have come to my attention. JLo was my nickname in Brooklyn way before Miss Lopez became famous with it (which makes me 'the original J-Lo'). I'm secure enough to hold on to it; feel free to use it or abuse it at your discretion. Regarding whether or not I'll be wearing my BLACK LABEL (SOCIETY) colors on stage, I wear my colors in my heart and that will never go away, I feel it would be belligerent and just plain disrespectful to Megadeth's fans to stand on their stage and flaunt another dress code. I was in Blacl Label Society, I'm now in Megadeth. I will carry both bands in my soul. Having said that, if I were to hang with my BLS brothers and sisters at a BLS event, I most certainly would don my vest as I would expect them to do the same.

Finally, we're trying to set up a chat over the next week or so, so I can say hello, live and in person. Stay tuned, I'd love to get to meet some of you on this forum."

Best to you all for now,

J-Lo
