According to Jason Gregory from Gigwise.com, METALLICA frontman James Hetfield told fans to forget about uploading videos of the band performing at the O2 Arena in London last night onto YouTube.

Addressing the crowd early on in the band's show, Hetfield said: “Put the fucking cameras away, put the phones away.”

He added that people should not worry about talking to their mother or bother uploading “some shitty Metallica video on YouTube.”

Most of the crowd appeared to support Hetfield's wish, and put their cameras away for the following song.

Hetfield's comment comes a day after it was revealed that the band cancelled an interview with a Swedish publication after one of their journalist's admitted to illegally downloading the band's new album.
