METALLICA's James Hetfield Reminices About BLACK SABBATH

To mark the news that the original BLACK SABBATH has reunited with guitarist Tony Iommi, singer Ozzy Osbourne, bassist Geezer Butler and drummer Bill Ward, METALLICA's James Hetfield shares one of his memories as a youth:
“One of the more inspiring posters in my room as a teen was a Black Sabbath daytime shot from Cal-Jam 1. There they were, the ominous Black Sabbath, in the bright California sunshine with bunches of flowers adorning their gear. I would just imagine the hippy-trippy flower children in the crowd seeing this lovely scene while being punished profusely by the monster riffs about fear, death, destruction and reality.”
