MOONSTONE PROJECT have issued the following:

"Matt Filippini got a new endorsement deal with Jam Pedals from Greece! The guys produce high quality guitar and bass handmade guitar effects; a full range of diffent and unique models, analog, point-to-point, made from the highest available materials on the market!

And please note... every single pedal is hand painted and decorated, from their in-shop-artist, and no two are alike!!"

Matt says: "I'm the lucky owner of a fantastic RetroVibe pedal... I'm in love with that baby... I love the way it looks and the way it sounds!! As you know I'm crazy about the guitar tones from 60s and 70s and RetroVibe is the one you need when things are getting jammy and crazy and you need that unique Hendrix tone!

I'm sure my pedalboard will house more Jam Pedals before leaving for 2009 gigs around Europe!"

As previously reported, the new Moonstone Project album was mixed in June by Matt Filippini and Ale Del Vecchio.

Says Filippini: "Working with my buddy Ale has been great... the songs sound in a very natural way, the overall sound reminds me of the great records from the '70s and I'm so happy about the songwriting! I really think me and Ale wrote some little hard rocking bluesy gems. Looking forward to see it released."

According to a press release: "There isn't a release date yet as the management is working these days on a deal. Stay tuned for more infos about guests, tracklist and more details."
