In a few days the new NEVERMORE album, The Obsidian Conspiracy, will be in stores. In a new contest, it's up to all the guitar heroes worldwide to measure up to Jeff Loomis and win one of Jeff's Schecter signature guitars.

Nevermore's long-awaited follow-up to 2005's This Godless Endeavour, The Obsidian Conspiracy, is set for release on May 28th in Europe and June 8th in North America via Century Media. Six full length clips from the record are available for streaming below.

The album was recorded with renowned producer Peter Wichers (who previously worked with vocalist Warrel Dane on his solo debut Praises To The War Machine). Longtime friend and collaborator Andy Sneap (MEGADETH, ARCH ENEMY) once again handled mixing and mastering duties.
