A new MySpace fan page dedicated to NEVERMORE frontman Warrel Dane is now up and running. Go to this location to check it out.
As previously reported, BW&BK; recently caught up with ex-SOILWORK guitarist-turned-producer Peter Wichers, who discussed Dane's upcoming solo album:
“He does some really different stuff. He’s actually a baritone, for example, which is kind of funny when you think about how he sings on a Nevermore record, but he can’t use that voice in Nevermore because you wouldn’t be able to hear him. He’s doing all kinds of different vocal things on this. And there are a couple songs where he’s singing really low. Everything is shaped so that Warrel is in focus at all times.”“I think people are going to love the record because Warrel is getting all the space he needs. There’s one song where there’s one clean guitar in the middle, but that’s it. He fills everything else up with different harmonies and stuff like that. It’s very different from anything he’s done before.”
