New Finnish Documentary Featuring AMORPHIS To Premiere Tomorrow

A new movie about the Finnish metal scene, Rautaa Rajan Taa, has its premiere in Helsinki (Finland) tomorrow (Friday, April 16). The documentary sheds a humorous light on the export of Finnish music, featuring comments from both musicians and politicians. Bands interviewed on the road include AMORPHIS, who are also liberally featured by way of live clips and backstage impressions. As previously reported, Amorphis will release a CD/DVD package, Forging The Land Of Thousand Lakes, on June 23rd in Finland and June 25th in the rest of Europe. Although it has yet to be confirmed, a July/August release is expected in North America.
