New RITCHIE BLACKMORE Audio Interview Available

Italian public radio RadioUno interviewed guitar legend Ritchie Blackmore (BLACKMORE'S NIGHT, ex-DEEP PURPLE, RAINBOW) two weeks ago. The interview aired during "Stereonotte" program on Saturday, December 2nd 2006. The interview podcast is now avaliable online. Questions are in Italian, but you can hear the answers in English. The questions are mainly about Blackmore's Night, but Ritchie also talks about Deep Purple and Rainbow, and explains why he covered Rainbow's 'Street Of Dreams' and Deep Purple's 'Child In Time', as well as why he sometimes plays 'Smoke On The Water' live with Blackmore's Night.
