March 19, 2007, 17 years ago
The Inferno Festival (www.infernofestival.net) is scheduled for April 5th - 7th at Rockefeller Music Hall in Oslo, Norway.
Organizers have issued the following update:
"Norway is not only the home of black metal music. It is also the home of black metal art. You might have seen some creepy sculptures at Inferno before; this year Spacebrain invites you to his studio where they were created Saturday, March 7th. Imagine a devastated landscape populated by the skeletal remains of the mutant hybrid offspring of living organisms and robot war machines, and you´ll have an idea of the territory in which Spacebrain operates. Cybertrash sculptor René M. Hamel, better known as Spacebrain has collaborated with the blackest bands in Norwegian metal, lending his nightmarish imagery in their aural assault. Don´t miss this exclusive chance to see the whole collection of sculptures included two new never shown before! For further information and sign-up, send an e-mail to trash@spacebrain.no and have a look at www.spacebrain.no."The final Inferno lineup is as follows:
