Original DEEP PURPLE Bassist To Join NASTY HABITS For Mark 1 Tribute Shows In Austria And Germany

According to the DEEP PURPLE Appreciation Society
original DEEP PURPLE bassist Nick Simper will play some more shows in Austria and Germany in November 2008 with the Austrian rock band NASTY HABITS. It will be a special Mark 1 (which also featured Ritchie Blackmore - guitar, Jon Lord - keyboards, backing vocals, Rod Evans - lead vocals, Ian Paice - drums) tribute show with only songs from the first three Deep Purple albums: 1968's Shades of Deep Purple, 1968's The Book Of Taliesyn and 1969's Deep Purple.
