ORPHANED LAND’s YOSSI SASSI Talks Melting Clocks Album - "It's A Great Investment In Sound And Musicality"

ORPHANED LAND guitarist YOSSI SASSI will release his debut solo album, Melting Clocks, in the US and Canada through End Of The Light Records and is being distributed by DisManic via eOne Distribution.
In a new interview with Rock Overdose, he talks about the new album, out now in Europe. An excerpt follows:
Q: Tell us some things about your personal project.
A: "My new solo album is out for a couple of months now, its titled Melting Clocks, and its a concept album, great investment in sound and musicality. It features MARTY FRIEDMAN (ex-MEGADETH) and some other talented musicians, from Piano to Nay and Kawala flutes, from female vocals to Bozouki and roaring electric riffs, you can find it all there in this musical journey."

According to a press release: “Melting Clocks is a conceptual album about the daily routines of life and choosing between the path that is known and the path you truly desire inside your heart.”
Plans of a North American tour in fall of 2012 are currently in the works.
