REQUIEM To Begin Recording New Album In December; Details Revealed

Established in 1997, Swiss death metallers REQUIEM will re-enter Stage One Studio in Buehne/Borgentreich, Germany from December, 6th to December, 23rd with acclaimed producer Andy Classen (LEGION OF THE DAMNED, DEW-SCENTED, DISBELIEF, KRISIUN and many more) to record their new album Within Darkened Disorder.
The band states, "The songwriting process is finally finished. We are all looking forward to record this new "monolith" with our well-known producer Andy Classen and of course with the new line-up."
Unlike former reports the new album will be released in early 2011 via an undisclosed German label.

The cover artwork was created by Dan Seagrave (MORBID ANGEL, MALEVOLENT CREATION, SUFFOCATION,PESTILENCE, BENEDICTION and many more).
Vocalist Michi Kuster left Requiem in February this year "due to family reasons." The band has since decided to carry on with a new line-up.
