This Saturday, April 9th at 8:00am, Jason Green - manager of Las Vegas’ SIN CITY SINNERS - will captain a team for a 5k walk in Las Vegas to raise money to fight Cystic Fibrosis. In addition to the members of Sin City Sinners walking, PAUL SHORTINO (ROUGH CUTT, QUIET RIOT, KING KOBRA), KEEL / IRON HORSE vocalist Ron Keel has also signed on for the event.

Green comments: “I truly manage the most generous band in the world and Paul Shortino and Ron Keel are not only great musicians, but great people. They both stepped up without a second though to do this. Even if it means getting up at 8:00am on a Saturday or a 5k walk.”

The walk takes place at UNLV Mayron Patridge Track Stadium and anyone can sign up to either donate or walk with the team by clicking here.

“It’s going to be a great day for a great cause. I have lived with someone who has Cystic Fibrosis and have seen first hand how horrible the effects can be” Said Green

Cystic fibrosis is an inherited chronic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system of about 30,000 children and adults in the United States (70,000 worldwide).

Sin City Sinners charitable efforts have raised over $10,000 to date for various causes. In March, Manager Jason Green shaved his head to raise $3,000 to fight Childhood Cancer.

Sin City Sinners are: Todd Kerns (SLASH, AGE OF ELECTRIC) Brent Muscat (FASTER PUSSYCAT) Rob Cournoyer (RAGING SLAB) and Dr. Michael Ellis.

The band perfroms every Friday at Sunset Station and every Saturday at Santa Fe Station in Las Vegas. They also have two CDs of original music available at TheSinCitySinners.com .
