December 10, 2008, 15 years ago
Vocalist Sebastian Bach's son, drummer Paris Bierk, will be hitting the road in March 2009 with his band THE INFINITE STAIRCASE on The Black Label Bash tour featuring BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, SEVENDUST and DOPE. BW&BK; has received the following press release:
Don’t be late for the BASH!!!
It starts when the doors open. There are no fillers; no buffers. THE INFINITE STAIRCASE kicks it off with DOPE, SEVENDUST, and BLACK LABEL SOCIETY.
Formed around 2001-2002, carrying on the brotherhood in rock, brothers Lenny and Jeff Cerzosie formed the basis for what would ultimately become The Infinite Staircase. Now joined by fellow musicians Paris Bierk (SEVERED HAND) on drums and Jared Hreha on Bass, the band is working harder than ever to bring their dreams to reality and their music to the masses.
In the past few years alone, the band has independently managed to get featured on Fuse TV, perform on former Saturday Night Live Comedian Jim Breuer’s Sirius Satellite Radio Show, get featured in the March 2008 issue of Metal Edge Magazine (with a song being used on that issue’s CD Sampler) as well as open for the likes of: CANDLEBOX, Jonathan Davis of KORN, HELLYEAH, SEVENDUST, ALTER BRIDGE, OTEP, BLOODSIMPLE, THE HIWATTS, W.A.S.P., L.A. GUNS, WHITE LION, LILLIAN AXE, Eddie Ojeda of TWISTED SISTER, and many more.
The Infinite Staircase plan to release their debut album tentatively titled The Road Less Taken in Early 2009 and have already landed guest appearances by former POISON band member and guitar virtuoso Blues Saraceno as well as the legendary guitarist currently of the David Bowie band and Slinky Vagabond, Earl Slick. They are currently weighing options for management and representation. In the meantime, all inquiries can be sent to HAIRPICK@aol.com or to the band’s Myspace Page at www.myspace.com/theinfinitestaircase
