SHADE EMPIRE Commence Recording New Album
August 29, 2007, 17 years ago
Finnish metallers SHADE EMPIRE have started record their new album. According to a press release, "the band’s newest member Mr. Rasane will start banging drums on October 1st. Main parts of the album will be recorded at Studio 33, Kuopio, Finland and this time band uses a real choir to boost up the sound. Vocal sessions will take place at Perkele Studios. If group’s preceding album sounded sick this time it won’t make a difference. Ajattara’s mastermind Ruoja will produce vocals for the album and Sami Niittykoski gives the final touch by mixing the whole grandeur together.
Shade Empire's follow-up to 2006's Intoxicate, will contain nine songs and two videos will be produced from it. Parts from the video production will be done outside of Finnish borders and the budget will be big at least in Finland’s scale. Director for the videos will be Ari Reinikainen."
The as-yet-untitled third album from Shade Empire will be released in Finland on March 12th, 2008 via Dynamic Arts Records.
