Massachusetts metallers SHADOWS FALL have issued the following from vocalist Brian Fair:

"Greeting from the road!! I just wanted to take a minute and check in from our short East Coast tour.

Last night was the first show of this 13 day run with KATAKLYSM, THE SHOWDOWN, ARSIS and DROID. We want to thank everyone who came down to the Showplace Theatre in Buffalo, NY to help us kick things off. These are our first shows in the US since the fall and it is great to get back onstage in familiar surroundings.

With the upcoming release of the r-mixed and remastered Of One Blood, we decided to bust out some songs that we have not played live in years!! It was killer blasting through tunes like 'Crushing Belial' and realizing how well they have stood the test of time. Has it really been over ten years since we wrote those songs? Damn... time flies.

We didn't have too much time to party last night due to a long ride to Flint, Michigan for today's show at The Machine Shop. This is actually our first time playing here so all you metal heads in the Flint area come on down and rock out with the Shads!!
