SHADOWSIDE's Dani Nolden - "Things Just Happen Naturally When You're Passionate About What You're Doing"

Spain's Hall Of Metal has issued an interview with frontwoman Dani Nolden of Brazilian heavy metallers SHADOWSIDE. The following is an excerpt from the interview:
Q: Shadowside is not very well known here in Spain. Tell us a little bit about where did the idea of forming the band came and how it all began.
A: "Basically we started out as a bunch of crazy rocker kids that wanted to make some noise (laughs). We just wanted to have fun and record some ideas we had. We were good friends, were very much into Rock and Metal music so why not give it a try? So the essence of Shadowside still remains pretty much the same, it’s all about having fun and enjoying the music either live or in the studio, that’s how everything started and when people started to show interest in what we were doing we started touring locally, then nationally and suddenly we saw ourselves touring the United States and now Spain, which we’re really looking forward to. Things just happen naturally when you’re passionate about what you’re doing, I suppose. Whenever you do something with a real pleasure, it shows… it becomes evident in your work and I’m glad people are enjoying it just as much as we do."
