SO HIDEOUS Announces Summer Tour Dates

In celebration of the release of their Prosthetic debut Last Poem / First Light, Brooklyn-based blackened post-hardcore outfit SO HIDEOUS have announced a late summer tour with Century Media hardcore act I AM HERESY. Prior to the tour -- which kicks off on the East Coast in mid-July -- So Hideous will perform a series of hometown shows supporting acts including NEGURA BUNGET, SOLSTAFIR, labelmates JUNIUS and HUSH throughout May.
Last Poem / First Light was recorded at The Wild Arctic Studios in Portsmouth, NH with Dean Baltulonis (LUCERO, MODERN LIFE IS WAR) while being mastered by Scott Hull (BOB DYLAN, GARBAGE) at MasterDisk. The album, which the band has stated takes influence from 20th Century classical composers PHILLIP GLASS and ARVO PART, also features support from the New York-based choral and instrumental ensemble The First Light Orchestra.
