SOILWORK frontman Bjorn "Speed" Strid has issued the following studio update:
"What up people?As you can see on the photos, we're riffing like we're obsessed in the studio... The guitar sound blows...
I have started my two weeks of decadence, getting drunk and writing lyrics. That's usually how I do it and it usually works just fine. I have some finished song titles, thought I might as well share them with ya. We have 'Your Beloved Scapegoat', 'Light Discovering Darkness', 'The Snare Broken' and 'The Pittsburgh Syndrome' so far...
Hmm, curious to see the reactions on that last song title....

As previously reported, DIMENSION ZERO / PATHOS guitarist Daniel Antonsson has been confirmed as Soilwork's new guitarist. In addition, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD's Devin Townsend will be producing Speed's vocals for the new album.
