STEVE VAI Issues Update On Sound Current Project

Guitarist Steve Vai has issued the following update on his latest project, Sound Current:
"I finished the mix on 'Answers' for the DVD today. There are a lot of frequencies fighting for the audio real estate. I'm hoping it will clean up a bit in the mastering stage. I like the way it came out though.Next up is the CD mix for 'Answers'. I will probably use most of the DVD mix but insert a new solo, but first I'm off to a fundraiser tonight with Julian for the first annual Dream Awards, honoring Tommy Tallarico for his vital musical contributions to the video game industry.
Better bring my joystick!"
