STONE TEMPLE PILOTS and their new singer, Chester Bennington of LINKIN PARK, will release their debut EP, High Rise, via their own label, Play Pen LLC / ADA on October 8th. The High Rise EP features five tracks, including the band's #1 mainstream and active rock radio single, 'Out Of Time.'
