Sacramento, California hard rock guru's Tesla have been pouring out prime music since coming out the west coast of the US in the early 1980's. When Mechical Resonance, the bands critically-acclaimed debut album came out, Tesla would forever more (pun intended) put their stamp of approval on the hard rock community with their raw, blues-based and down right no-nonsense style and unique brand of rock that has been flourishing for more than three decades now. With Tesla's seventh studio album of all new material, Simplicity, ready to be unveiled in June, the band is set to unleash another dose of Sacramento rock to the masses. Following a six year creative break from the release of their last album, Forever More, Jeff Keith and company have offered up fourteen new Tesla tracks on Simplicity and have again worked with master control board king Tom Zutaut who was key in some of the bands biggest releases and household hits.

Tesla frontman, vocalist Jeff Keith just this past Tuesday was the featured live guest calling in on Matt O'Shaughnessy's WVOX Metal Mayhem show in New York where he spoke in detail about Simplicity, Bon Scott as his primary vocal influence, the early days of the band in Sacramento, upcoming shows including June 18th at New York's Irving Plaza and much more. The modern day cowboys return!
