TESTAMENT's Paul Bostaph To Join Former FORBIDDEN Band Mates On Stage In San Francisco
September 9, 2008, 16 years ago
Bay Area thrash legends FORBIDDEN have issued the following update from guitarist Craig Locicero:
"Hey all,We want to let everyone know that Paul Bostaph will be back on stage with us to jam a couple songs this Friday (September) 12th at Slim's in San Francisco. It'll be the the first time in over 15 years that the all original Forbidden Evil lineup will play together.
That being said, Mark Hernandez IS the drummer in Forbidden and Paul IS the drummer of TESTAMENT! It has to be stated for the record that Mark is an incredible drummer and he's being very, very cool about this whole circus. But he understands as much as anyone how historical this will be for some folks. Thanks Mark!
This special event is all about timing and still being Brothers after all of these years. For us to get to play some songs together will be a treat for all of us. We just so happen to be in town at the same time before we all embark to Kawasaki Japan together for two shows with Testament and VOIVOD. You never know what might happen in Japan either...
So if you didn't plan on coming out this Friday or have not purchased a ticket as of yet... get off of your ass and watch us have a shit-load of fun!
You can get them at www.slimstickets.com , don't forget it's all ages!"
