THANATOS Will Not Play Southxtreemnoise Fest 2007

Holland's death/thrash metallers THANATOS have issued the following update:
"Unfortunately Thanatos will not play the Southxtreemnoise Fest in Naples, Italy on August 4th.Since the organiser/promotor all of a sudden can not live up to the agreements made in the contract which was signed by both parties about 4 or 5 months ago (!), we decided it would be too much of a financial risk to fly off to Naples next week...
We have definitely tried to make this work and even made an offer to the organiser to send us 4 plane tickets instead of the 5 tickets as agreed in the signed contract, but with no result.
We were really looking forward to play Naples but we've come across shit like this once too often, and we decided not to work with people who start nagging and backing out of agreements which were made and signed months ago only 2 weeks before the actual show..."
