That Metal Show host DON JAMIESON is featured in a new interview with MetalAssault.com. Jamieson discusses being on Metal Blade Records, gaining more of a metal audience, how long it takes to come up with a great hour of comedy, being able to tape the TMS seasons quickly, the guests he wants on future episodes of the show, the reason for not having IRON MAIDEN on it yet, streaming episodes on the VH1 website, the idea of starting a That Metal Show YouTube channel, and the pressures that come with being a comedian in daily life. Check it out below:

In anticipation of the upcoming release of Live And Hilarious, comedian DON JAMIESON's website has been given a complete redesign and has been relaunched.

At DonJamieson.com, fans will find video clips from That Metal Show, the latest news and tour dates, live audio, photos, and a store where Live And Hilarious can be purchased! Head here to check out the updates and head back often to stay up to date.

Jamieson is set to release his debut album, Live And Hilarious, on April 26th, 2011 via Metal Blade Records.

The album was recorded at Bar Anticipation (or "Bar A", as we've been told it's referred to as over in Jersey) on January 30th, 2011 in front of a room packed full of comedy and metal fans. The show was a resounding success and will set the bar high for Metal Blade Records' first ever stand-up comedy release! The album's title is a parody of Live And Dangerous, the classic THIN LIZZY album and Don Jamieson's name/logo has been transformed into a Thin Lizzy-esque logo, which will be seen on the disc and on a new t-shirt available on Metal Blade's webstore, powered by Indiemerch.

Live and Hilarious is available for pre-order now at this location. A clip from the album, 'Metal, Music, Masturbation', can be heard below:
