THE DUMFUX - SLIPKNOT Frontman, Friends Announce New Year's Bash

SLIPKNOT frontman Corey Taylor's cover band THE DÜMFÜX have issued the following:
"Yes folks, it's that time again. We're bringing the chaos that is The Dumfux back to the Val Air Ballroom for another drunken night of revelry and soiled underwear.
Pray for us as we ruin this year's set of 22 great songs, including BOSTON, DEAD KENNEDEYS, DURAN DURAN and personal favorites ELVIS.
As always, we will be joined by the beautiful Dummettes's and a cast of thousands... including many (local and not so local) special guests on stage.
Joining us this year are very special guests:
- DIRTY LITTLE RABBITS (feat. SISTER SOLEIL vocalist Stella Katsoudas and Slipknot percussionist Shawn Crahan)- JUNK POET - These guys, along with STONE SOUR and Slipknot, were a lynchpin band in the old Des Moines scene. They have recently returned after almost a decade and sound better than ever.
- CALOUS - A hard working Iowa act featuring The Dumfux drummer Joey Corigliano. This will be their CD release of their latest independent CD, Building A Better Mars
