Dutch classical guitarist THOMAS ZWIJSEN has released a video for his classical arrangement of IRON MAIDEN’s ‘The Clansman’ which features former Iron Maiden singer Blaze Bayley (WOLFSBANE) on vocals. Check it out below:
Zwijsen will release Nylon Maiden, his album of unique arrangements of Iron Maiden tracks on classical guitar, on January 8th. Additional musicians on the album are Anne Bakker (violin), Nathanael Taekema (drums), Tony Newton (VOODOO SIX; bass) and Blaze Bayley.

Nylon Maiden will be released on CD and as digital download. Zwijsen released a single with 2 non-album tracks ('The Evil That Men Do'/'Run To The Hills') on red vinyl and as digital download on November 26th.
Zwijsen has worked closely with Blaze Bayley; as composer, co-producer and lead guitarist on Blaze's most recent The King Of Metal album and tour and the following acoustic UK tour. He is, however, better known for his Nylon Maiden videos have had two million views on YouTube.
Supporting this album Zwijsen played with Maiden uniteD in November/December and he will tour with Blaze Bayley from January 2013. Dates have been booked in South America, Europe and Australia.
