WENDY DIO Says She "Cried" When Finding Out TONY IOMMI Had Cancer

The RONNIE JAMES DIO Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund’s second Awards Gala, were held this past Halloween night, (October 31) at the Avalon nightclub in Hollywood. Wendy Dio spoke with Eric Blair from the Blairing Out With Eric Blair show about the event and other topics.
When asked about her reaction finding out that BLACK SABBATH guitar legend Tony Iommi had cancer she responded: "I cried. I'm so happy he's making it. He's a wonderful person and a very, very good friend of Ronnie's. I sent him lots of encouragement and letters and things."
