Old school thrashers Whiplash are the latest band to be confirmed for the 70000 Tons Of Metal Cruise, sailing Thursday, January 22nd on board the Royal Caribbean "Liberty Of The Seas" from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Ocho Rios, Jamaica- returning on Monday, January 26th.

Skipper Andy Piller states: “I want to make sure the intimacy between the bands and the fans does not change in our new environment. When we had 2,000 cruisers we booked 40 bands. Now we will have 3,000 cruisers which means we will be inviting 60 bands to perform!”
