hot flashes news will killmore

After spending the better half of 2010 on the road in support of their debut EP, Oh The Humanity, Clifton, New Jersey based WILL KILLMORE are now gearing up to head back into the studio to begin pre-production on their still untitled full length follow up. With only three more shows scheduled for October, Will Killmore plans on taking time off from playing live to focus on the recording process of the new record.

"We wanted to make sure the band was doing the right thing and going about the recording process in the most appropriate manor this time around. Our focus now unlike the last recording is to put all of the band's energy into the studio and nothing else," said James Digangi, Guitarist.

With Will Killmore self producing the follow-up to their 2010 EP, the band has been hard at work writing, preparing, and introducing some of the material to audiences across the east coast.

"When lead guitarist Steve Toth joined the band in the later half of the recording process for Oh The Humanity, he really pushed WKM both as musicians and as song writers. If his persistence and dedication to producing is anything like his playing everyone can expect a truly remarkable record," said Charles Corletta, drums.

The band has already integrated some of the new songs to their live show, including 'Number 7', 'New Kids' and 'Rockula'.

"Will Killmore is always pushing our live show. When other bands play it safe ad stick to the favorites we throw new material at our fans. Like when we did support shows for IN THIS MOMENT and UNEARTH, those were the first times we had ever debuted 'New Kids', or 'Number 7'. Now when we play out, kids are singing lyrics to these songs. It's funny because I still don't even know all the words," said Brin Daniell, Bass.

Starting in November Will Killmore will be dedicating all of their time and efforts into putting out their first full length album, so there are only three chances left to catch WKM in 2010.

"I just want to get in studio, have this new record come out so we can hit the road again and bring the slaughter to the masses," said Steve Toth, Guitar.

Will Killmore has three shows left for the year. One of which will take place in their home town in New Jersey on October 16th.

"It is a free, all age 'thank you' show for all our friends and fans. This is our way of telling everyone the we are extremely grateful for all the support. Without everyone spreading the word about this band and going nuts in the pit we would have never been able to make it this far so quickly," said Joe Marini, vocals.
