WITH PASSION To Play Final Show On September 22nd

California tech-metallers WITH PASSION have issued the following update:
"With Passion has been struggling for a while now and it is becoming more and more clear that we have too much working against us for it to be worth continuing as a band.But don’t worry, 4 of the 5 of us will still remain playing together. We will be announcing some news in regards to this very soon! It is for the best.
We greatly appreciate all of your support!"
The last official With Passion date takes place September 22nd at the Underground in Roseville, California. Also on the bill are IMPENDING DOOM, WHITE CHAPEL and AT THE THRONE OF JUDGEMENT.
