Australia's Theage.com.au has a new video report from AC/DC Lane in Melbourne as fans celebrate the band's first shows on that continent in nearly a decade - check out the video here.

AC/DC's first concert in Australia since 2001 were held last night (Thursday, February 11th) in a predictably powerful and loud spectacular at Melbourne's Etihad Stadium according to a review by Ninemsn.com.au.

Reviewer Paul Mulvey writes: From the semi-pornographic and fully pyrotechnic opening with the new Rock'n'Roll Train to the encore with the old Highway to Hell, seats were superfluous.

Thirty-seven years after their first gig in a dark club in Sydney, AC/DC again proved they love a big stadium show and pulled out their full range of tricks, with a massive stage and light show that needed 70 semi-trailers to cart them around.

They paid a big screen homage during High Voltage to original frontman Bon Scott, who died 30 years ago on February 19.
