ALICE COOPER Among Celebrities Headlining Humana Golf Challenge

According to Mydesert.com, ALICE COOPER will headline the celebrity field of golfers at the Humana Challenge in partnership with the Clinton Foundation, officials announced Wednesday.
Other celebrities in the event include singers SMOKEY ROBINSON, MICHAEL BOLTON, actors Don Cheadle and Morgan Freeman, as well as new commitments from actors Billy Crudup, Craig T. Nelson and Lucas Black and basketball legend Julius Erving.
Robinson, Freeman, Crudup and Black are making their first appearances in the pro-am portion of the PGA Tour event.
Bolton and Cooper have been fixtures in the tournament and annually appear at the pre-tournament party to perform.
The 144-player professional field includes names such as four-time major championship winner Phil Mickelson, World Golf Hall of Famer Greg Norman and 2011 FedExCup winner Bill Haas, among many other accomplished names.
The tournament will be played January 19-22 at three courses in La Quinta, with celebrities and other amateurs playing in the first three days.
