AMANDA SOMERVILLE Posts Third Video Blog From ROCK MEETS CLASSIC 2012 European Tour

Vocalist Amanda Somerville (TRILLIUM, AVANTASIA) has posted a new video blog from the ongoing ROCK MEETS CLASSIC 2012 European tour, along with the following update:
"Continuing on with all of our crazy peeps, we venture into Austria to find a rather strange gig waiting for us in Vienna. Still and all, the people were fantastic there and we all had a great time. From there we moved along to Nuremberg with a sold-out show of 6,000+ people - AMAZING!! Also got to catch up with Carl Begai of BW&BK; and his lovely lady, Alex... :-)"Rock Meets Classic 2012 is an evening with Ian Gillan (DEEP PURPLE), Steve Lukather (TOTO), Jimi Jamison (SURVIVOR), Chris Thompson (MANFRED MAN'S EARTH BAND), Robin Beck, THE MAT SINNER BAND & The Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague.
Remaining dates on the tour are as folllows:

The line-up also features Jimmy Kresic (keyboards), Alex Beyrodt (PRIMAL FEAR, VOODOO CIRCLE/guitars), Oliver Hartmann (AVANTASIA/guitars, vocals), Martin Schmidt (drums), Amanda Somerville (TRILLIUM, AVANTASIA/vocals), Tiffany Krikland (vocals), Verena Schock (vocals), Ralf Scheepers (PRIMAL FEAR/vocals), Sascha Krebs (vocals), Bernhard Fabuljan (conductor) and Mat Sinner (bass, vocals).
Somerville recently checked in with BW&BK;, revealing that their January 12th show in Munich, Germany at the Olympiahalle was filmed for a future DVD release. They played on the night to an audience of 9,000 people. More details will be revealed in the coming months.
