Finland's AMORAL released their fifth album, Beneath, on October 19th in Japan via Marquee Avalon. The album is out today, October 26th, in Europe via Imperial Cassette.

In an update, the band states: "We're sorry to inform that North American release of Beneath has been moved to February. We're working on a licensing deal with a North American label, which will increase the availablility of the album and our chances for a North American tour drastically, in addition to better promotion etc. So all in all this is good news. US fans, thanks for understanding!"

Beneath was recorded at Sound Supreme studios in Hämeenlinna, Finland, and was produced by Janne Saksa and guitarist Ben Varon. The album comes equipped with a stunning 18-page poster booklet (made by Spanish artist Marta Nael), expanding the cover artwork into all its glory.

Another update from the band states: "The cat is out of the bag... The Helsinki show at On The Rocks on November 11th will be a very special one in many ways. In addition to us playing an extra long set (there will be no opening acts), we'll be honored to have a very special guest onstage with us. Drumroll please... Amoral's original singer, Niko Kalliojärvi, will join Ari onstage for the first time ever, for a few tender duets of old Amoral songs. Now, how freakin' cool is this?! It's been over three years since we last shared a stage with Niko, so I'd say it's about time to do this!
