BraveWords.com has received the following AUGUST BURNS RED update:

In the past two weeks, with the release of the first two tracks from the forthcoming full-length Constellations, August Burns Red have reassured fans that they haven't lost a step since the release of their 2007 breakout album, Messengers.

Today, with the release of the album's third track, August Burns Red demonstrate their ability to break down walls with an epically innovative take on what fans have come to know as the "ABR sound."

'Ocean of Apathy' charges unabashedly into new sonic territory with ominous clean parts, strikingly intricate riffage, melodic soloing and a crushing 6/8 refrain. It contains what Decoy Music calls "the best riff the band has ever written," followed by "the best breakdown the band has ever put to disc. Seriously."

August Burns Red's fervent fanbase has already spoken loudly and positively in the form of repeated plays of the new material on the band's MySpace page. Lead track 'Thirty and Seven' has enjoyed more than 350,000 plays since it was posted, while 'Existence', released just a week ago, has been listened to more than 164,000 times. Together, the songs average more than 48,000 plays per day!

Constellations hits store shelves July 14th. A variety of pre-order packages, which include numerous limited edition extras, can be viewed on the band's MySpace page.
