BEHERIT - Drawing Down The Moon To Be Reissued In The UK

The second studio album from influential Finnish black metal outfit BEHERIT, Drawing Down The Moon, was originally released back in 1993, the follow up to 1991’s The Oath Of Black Blood. Spinefarm Records UK will reissue the album on July 20th.
An excerpt from a press release reads as follows: Since first coming together in the late 1980s, Beherit have had a major – and lasting – impact on the underground scene, breaking fresh (unhallowed) turf with experimental and underground sounds.
Embracing electronic elements, such as atmospheric synths and computer-manipulated vocals, Beherit proved capable of evolving beyond the standard black metal sound, staying one step ahead of imitators and peers.
Today, with latest album Engram on release, the band continue to forge an inventive, no-compromise path.
