Carrying the flag of rock n' roll excess for a new generation, BLESSED BY A BROKEN HEART are set to explode on the rock scene with their infectious blend of shredding guitars and upbeat, party anthems. Now it's your turn to get in on the action, as the band has just announced a YouTube contest where fans will create the music video for the band's single, 'Move Your Body'.

As Tony and Tyler explain below, becoming a part of the video is very simple. Just record you, your friends and anyone else “moving your body” and send it to blessedbyabrokenheart@hotmail.com. The band will view all entries and select the most entertaining clips to be included in the official 'Move Your Body' music video.

Blessed By A Broken Heart will release their Century Media debut, Pedal To The Metal, on August 18th, 2008 in Europe (September 2nd, in the US). If you're not on board after one listen then, rest assured, you will quickly succumb to its irresistible, feel-good '80s charm. The album was produced by GGGarth and is best described as a modern-day mash-up of MÖTLEY CRÜE and JOURNEY.
