New York's BRAND NEW SIN - who recently promoted guitarist, principal songwriter and lyricist Kris Wiechmann to vocalist and enlisted new guitarist Ed Carpenter - have issued the following update from drummer Kevin Dean:
"It's just Kris and I tonight at Mac's Bad Art Bar in Mattydale, NY. Chuck's hanging with the new baby. He'll be back full force next week with four shows!!! For those of you who are not in the 'know' we are the house band at Mac's every Monday with the alter identity THE HOME TOWN ZEROS. We started this trio when Joe Sweet (singer) left the band and before Eddie Carpenter joined.
