According to Rightcelebrity.com, Wally Sychak, BRET MICHAELS’ father, is speaking out on Bret’s condition. After being hospitalized for a brain hemorrhage, fans of Michaels have been up in arms, waiting to hear how their rock star was holding up. While Bret’s publicist confirmed that the singer was hospitalized, we haven’t heard much about his status until now. The good news is that Bret has went from critical to stable condition.
And Michael’s father is confirming that Bret sounds good. Sychak told RadarOnline.com, “I talked to him this morning. He sounded upbeat and positive but they had him sedated. But he’s doing good. He sounded like my son.”
As far as what caused this to happen? Sychak added, “While doctors have not determined what caused Bret’s brain to begin bleeding, they all seem to agree that it - along with his recent appendectomy - are complications relating to his type 1 diabetes.”
